Aligning with this insight, LinkedIn identified the most in-demand skills in workplaces in 2024 as adaptability, communication, customer service (cultivating relationships and building trust), leadership, project management, management, analytics (interpreting complex data, deriving insights, and making informed decisions swiftly), teamwork, sales (building relationships and attracting customers), problem-solving, and research (finding information, collecting data, and deriving insights). This alignment highlights that professional success remains rooted in strong soft skills.

Building on this research, FinChartered Academy recently collaborated with Tantalum Academy to introduce two innovative programs designed to boost students’ soft skills.
